Francesco has over 20 years’ consulting experience advising some of the world’s leading banks, card schemes and payment organisations on how to enhance business performance. This status of social connections between people, brands, products and services will only become more prolific. As such, he predicts that the bank of the future will be one that understands how people connect with the world around them and will seek to bring a new dimension to these interactions.
He champions the view that the only way large organisations will survive is by adapting and collaborating with start-up and FinTech ecosystems. He urges clients to be more strategic and understand what digital technologies mean for their business. The data it will deliver to them and how they derive value from this will help them deliver a better customer-centric experience that will lead to revenue opportunities.
